Members are required to join the British
Fencing Association (BFA) for compulsory insurance cover. Individuals can
arrange their own BFA membership subscriptions or be registered by the club
for BFA Social Membership*.
Annual subscriptions (at the full rate) can be paid by standing order. Please
ask the Club Treasurer for details.
The membership fee allows you to:
- fence at Kingston Fencing Club (no session fee)
- use the club equipment (subject to availability)
- have one-to-one coaching lessons with our instructors (on a first come first
serve basis)
BFA Social Membership only provides insurance cover for fencing within the
nominated registered (home) club. You will need to arrange your own BFA Membership
(full, junior or musketeer) to fence in competitions, or away from your home
club.
If you are a beginner, then you should apply for the beginner's
course.
How to Apply ?
If you would like to become a member of Kingston Fencing Club, please print
and complete the Club Membership
application form and either:
- send it with your cheque payment to the name & address given on the
application form or
- hand it in person to Joe Shackell on a Tuesday fencing evening
Unfortunately credit or debit card payments are not possible.
For further details, please e-mail us.
